I have been interested in yoga and mindfulness for years, and my daughter has loved trying out yoga moves since she was able to walk. In recent years, we have been putting a big focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques to help her deal with big emotions. So since the quarantine started, we have been practicing yoga and mindfulness every day through Cosmic Kids Yoga.
