This brightly colored book follows a little girl named Grace who makes a new friend out of the box her family’s refrigerator came in. The rhyming text and colorful illustrations show all of the fun adventures that Grace creates with her box and her dog, and the ways that she takes care of him when he starts to rip and break down. This is a great celebration of the time-old tradition of kids playing with cardboard boxes, and the way their imaginations can turn a plain old box into endless adventures.
