Discovering New Books with Little Fun Club

Little Fun Club blog tour. A subscription box for children's books. Great for kids ages 0-12. No matter how old we get, it is still exciting to receive something fun in the mail. My daughter loves going to the post office, and she is over the moon when she gets a piece of mail or a new book. I love exploring new books while reading with my daughter, and when they show up in the mail, it is even better! So when Little Fun Club offered the chance to review their book box as part of their blog tour, I was very excited for us to have some new books to share.

All opinions are my own.

We received our Little Fun Club box just in time for some rainy weather, so it was nice to have some new books to keep us both entertained. One of our books was even about birds and nests, so it was the perfect thing to read for Spring. My daughter loved unwrapping the books, while I liked that the books were varied in genre. Of the 4 books we received, only one was a book we already owned, and while we have the small board book size, this was an oversized version, which made looking at the illustrations even more fun! Find out more about Little Fun Club below, and enter for a chance to win a cash giveaway!

Our 4 Fun Books

Robot Kitties by Jim Benton is a cute rhyming board book which explores important concepts like high and low in an engaging way for young kids. The illustrations will entertain while the rhyming scheme makes the book flow nicely.   Duck and Goose, Find a Pumpkin by Tad Hills is a fun fall-themed addition to the Duck and Goose books. Duck and Goose want to find a pumpkin, so they look all over together. The ending is a funny twist which kids will enjoy, and the bright illustrations will keep even the youngest bookworms entertained.   Nest by Jorey Hurley is a beautifully illustrated board book which tells the story of a little bird family. It’s simple story introduces young readers to simple words and concepts using only one word per page. Kids will enjoy watching the little bird family grow as the seasons change.   Toot! Toot! Guess the Instrument! by Cocoretto is a brightly colored lift the flap book which gives kids the opportunity to guess the instrument based on the noises it makes. The noises are fun to act out, and my daughter loved lifting the flaps to discover the instruments underneath!
